What does it do and how does it work?

Many cats react to Matatabi (the vine of the Silvervine plant) even if they show little interest to catnip. A 2017 scientific study found 70% of cats had a reaction to catnip, however over 80% of cats had a reaction to silvervine, with many cats enjoying both!

Most cats react with kitten like behaviors such as playing with toys, rolling, rubbing, licking, or catching a case of the zoomies.
Other cats will react in more subdued way, becoming more relaxed and chilling out in a dreamlike state.

What’s in the tin?

The tin is 2 fl oz and is filled with coarse ground silvervine gall fruit.

Effects will last anywhere from 5-30 minutes.
Cats usually begin to respond when they are past 6 months of age, though some may sooner.

My boy Mozzer doesn’t react to catnip, but he looooooooves this stuff! I used it in the refillable mouse in a very small quantity. As soon as I held it out to him, he carried it off to his special spot. I found him rolling around, completely stoned and silly. The powdered silvervine is great too!

So happy I got this! My cat doesn’t care much for catnip but goes crazy for matatabi so I got this to use for his catnip-refillable toys and he loves it!

My cat went nuts for it! He doesn’t like catnip, but likes silver vine. I bought this to fill catnip toys with it. He didn’t like the toy but played well with a simple sock filled with this!

I have placed multiple orders with this shop, this is the only catnip/silvervine I will buy. My cats absolutely love this!!! As soon as I open the tin, they immediately come running.
